Her estimate was very close to what our house sold for, even for selling during winter months. Her advice on how to get it ready for showings was spot-on. She was very available when we had questions. She has an EXCELLENT attitude for customer service. We felt impressed that it seemed she did her absolute best to help us make a good sale and feel happy about the whole process in the end. We highly recommend her!
