Most of the time he answered his phone right away. -- Wisely set the asking price: we were flooded with showing requests the first day he put the "For Sale" sign on the internet. -- We had 14 showings the first day, 9 the second, and 2 the third day. -- We quickly had 5 offers and accepted the offer that was $20,500 above the asking price.
