Jim helped us sell a duplex in NE Minneapolis and a home in North Minneapolis. Jim approached both sales with prompt attention and got work moving quickly. Jim helped research the road project to understand the timing of completion, had a great network of contractors to help prep the house for new owners, and helped with negotiations with the buyer during the inevitable back and forth proceeding the sale of a home.
