If there were any questions at all, she was there to gracefully answer them with patience and immense detail to ensure we had a full understanding before moving forward with any agreement. Her services extended beyond the paperwork and into assistance through the whole process where she offered recommendations for trusted home inspectors, lenders, and closing companies she has used and established robust relationships with over the years. Our experience was that the recommendations were very trustworthy and accurate in what they did with exceptionally fair prices. Louann was on top of communication and keeping documents moving as fast as they rolled in at any time of day as the seller of our home was wanting to move fast. Her patience and grace through the process were incredible. We were left with no “hanging” feeling at all, as we knew we had Louann as a well versed and trusted resource for every question, and additional help with document review theiugh the sale.
