As a General Contractor, I've worked with Christian for over 10 years and have completed numerous projects for his real estate clients. He is definitely the guy you want working with you in a real estate transaction, he knows the industry, responds to texts/calls immediately and is awesome with planning and strategies too. He worked with me to get my home on the market and drum up the most attention possible for the day it would hit the market. We had something like 30 showings in the first 7 days and ended up with 3 offers to consider. If you're looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend having a conversation with Christian!

Kept me up to date on everything timely. Very good experience with my agent who I will refer without hesitation to my friends and colleagues. This was a huge transition in my life and my agent, James Paddon, went above and beyond guiding me through all the details.
