Jim was a Godsend. I had little experience in buying, especially when it comes to townhomes with HOA associations. He was extremely timely in all communications, and always appeared to be one step ahead of me. Jim knew the market, and he did an amazing job professionally managing both sides of the transaction (he represented seller and buyer). One of his biggest strengths is how much he genuinely cares! These transactions can be emotional, and he was right there with me every step of the way. Jim is so respectful. He knew how hard this was for me, and even showed up with a housewarming gift after close. I would absolutely recommend Jim Paddon for any transaction and would use him again in a second.
