I first encountered Jennifer when she sold a unit similar to mine. She seemed very confident and was always very professional in dress and demeanor. I am disabled and she even helped me pack because of an early closing. I have a friend now. She has called a couple of times since the closing to see how things were going. Brace, and his staff, Erik, Cindy etc, are thoroughly professional. Everything they do, is as promised, and to the letter. Our home listed a week after first meeting with Brace, and had multiple offers, the first weekend.
