I was looking for a specific type of home where my elderly mother could live with me. Karl took the time to search for properties that would suit our requirements and found us the perfect new home. We moved in last August and are very happy with our choice. I would recommend Karl as a knowledgeable and diligent realtor - and will definitely use his services again when I am ready to make my next home purchase.

When it came time to negotiate I was very confident in Karen’s skills of communicating with the other agents and she handled all of the details making sure it ALL went smoothly. Working with Karen was a great experience all around. She is very passionate about finding a home that fits her clients style and goes the extra mile to search for it. She will keep you focused and stay optimistic even if it takes a while to find the “one”!! I would highly recommend Karen to anyone needing to buy or sell a house knowing they would be 100% satisfied and thank me personally.

We were first-time sellers and knew little about the process. Susan walked us through all the steps, offering not just advice but options and explaining things well. She also came up with solutions when we hit some snags. Communication was excellent as she made sure we knew what would happen and when. We were very glad to hire Susan.
