Marti is assisting me with the sale of 12 properties of my mother's estate. She is dedicated, detail oriented and hard working. She answers the phone, texts, and emails promptly. I highly recommend Marti whether you are buying or selling.

Jon worked with my wife and I in the spring of 2016 to sell our old house and buy our new home. Thanks to him, this potentially stressful situation felt effortless. Jon's professionalism, preparedness, and general knowledge of the local real estate market were truly impressive and helped us feel comfortable right from the start. Additionally, his responsiveness and ability to negotiate both buying and selling helped to ensure we were receiving the best deals possible without potentially jeopardizing either transaction. Finally, and maybe most importantly, Jon is incredibly caring and compassionate. During our process, I was out of town and the inspection of our new house had to be completed. While attending the inspection with my wife and daughter, he made my wife feel comfortable in helping her understand everything and ensuring that nothing would come up later as a surprise. My wife and I would truly recommend Jon to anyone who is looking for an honest, ethical, and hard working realtor!

I worked with Paula on the tricky sale of my mother's condo in Minneapolis. She expertly navigated the process even as things kept changing. She is an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to make the sale of the condo as smooth as possible.

We just purchased our dream home and we can't say enough good things about the Goodwins! From spending long hours house hunting with us, to assisting with making our offer on our dream home, helping with negotiations, taking our late evening calls when we had questions or concerns, and advocating for us at every moment, we were so amazed with their dedication, responsiveness, and professionalism. We are so blessed that we chose them as our real estate agents and we would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. Thank you Zach and Angie! You guys rock!

Nicole was great to work with! She was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire process of selling our home. She clearly has a lot of experience which makes all of the difference! Thank you!!!
