Kelli is amazing! She helped my family find and purchase our first home. I was actually dreading the process at first but she made it so easy us. She was so repsonsive (even when she was on vacation in Mexico with her family) and answered all of my quetsions. Tried a few different realtors and none of them just made me completely at ease like Mark did. I'm going to use him again when I buy or sell. Very quick to respond. The longest I waited for anything was around 12 hours, even when he was on vacation. We did not feel rushed to buy a house at any point.
