I was looking for a specific type of home where my elderly mother could live with me. Karl took the time to search for properties that would suit our requirements and found us the perfect new home. We moved in last August and are very happy with our choice. Donavon's focus on his clients' needs is absolutely outstanding! Not only did he make the referral that was instrumental in selling our oceanfront cottage in Cannon Beach, Oregon, but he also went above and beyond helping us buy our lake home while we were still in Cannon Beach. He made multiple trips to the lake house that we ultimately bought, gave us video tours of it, pausing and answering questions about every room, zooming in and out to help us get a better sense of the property and its amenities for all three of its buildings. Donavon handled every single detail so we could complete the purchase and closing while we were still in Cannon Beach! We felt confident in 'this is the right property for us' and it has turned out to be oh so true!
