We could not be more pleased with the professionalism and the services delivered by Holly. She was very proactive in her communications, honest in her opinions and pleasant to work with. Our situation involved the use of powers of attorney documents and she guided the process without fault. We were selling an empty condo unit which Holly recommended staging services to provide a more homey feel. Her market analysis was clearly spot-on as the unit went from listing to closing remarkably fast and above the price of nearby units.
