Other suggested that we clear out our belongings and hire a professional staging company. When we multiple bids, she explained carefully the value of the waiver of the inspection and appraisal contingency, which guided us to accept the best bid for us. In contrast, a neighbor who was selling through another agent seemed unaware of how much the appraisal contingency would cost him as he had unrealistic expectations for the appraisal value of his property.
