Kevin has such a warm, calm (very important when you're going through the stress of moving across the country) and professional demeanor. Stellar communicator. He would reach out with timely updates and introduce considerations so that we could weigh out decisions with wisdom based upon our priorities--which he always honored so respectfully. He always informed us to empower us and was never pressuring or cajoling. He also rolled up his sleeves to help get things done with a smile on his face--there are countless things he helped us with that I don't think most realtors would even think to do. Once we moved and our house was yet to be sold, he was the one keeping up with EVERYTHING. Even selling the furniture on marketplace we left behind. Seriously. I'm pretty sure he did things for us he didn't even tell us about. He's an expert realtor, but more importantly, he's truly a really good man with solid character and unbeatable work ethic.

She took the time to sit down with us in person, walk us through everything, answer our questions, and make sure we understood what to expect. As first-time home sellers, that meant a lot to us. She also understood that this wasn't just another property to us. It was our first home, and we had put a lot of time, effort, and love into renovating it. She made a point of communicating that to potential buyers and highlighting the work we had done to the home. What impressed us most was how helpful she continued to be even toward the very end of the process. After we had already moved out, she helped coordinate lawn care and house cleaning and even returned our Wi-Fi equipment to the store for us.
