He also rolled up his sleeves to help get things done with a smile on his face--there are countless things he helped us with that I don't think most realtors would even think to do. Once we moved and our house was yet to be sold, he was the one keeping up with EVERYTHING. Even selling the furniture on marketplace we left behind. Seriously. I'm pretty sure he did things for us he didn't even tell us about. He's an expert realtor, but more importantly, he's truly a really good man with solid character and unbeatable work ethic.

I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.

We would highly recommend Kathy, Sarah and their team! They sold our home in 14 days after the listing date! They have an unbelievable work ethic, great negotiating skills and communicated quickly and answered all our questions and concerns through the whole process. We were moving out of the state and they also helped us with relocating. We hope to stay in touch and would use Kathy and Sarah again in a heartbeat!
