Working with Sarah Mettner was a truly exceptional experience. Her caring, patient, and knowledgeable approach made our home buying and selling journey smooth and successful. Finding Our Dream Home Our new home search was a lengthy process, spanning nearly two years and involving multiple offers. Despite the competitive market, Sarah empowered us to make informed decisions. We never felt pressured to overspend and were comfortable walking away from deals that didn't align with our goals. Sarah's negotiation skills were invaluable. She calmly communicated with other agents, providing guidance on competitive offers without pushing us beyond our comfort zone. We felt like a team, with Sarah's expert advice complementing our own input. Her caring nature was evident as she addressed our concerns promptly and professionally. We eventually found our dream home in our desired school district, and we couldn't be happier. Selling Our Home Seamlessly When it was time to sell our old house, Sarah went above and beyond. She created a detailed project plan, outlining tasks and deadlines. We collaborated on the work, determining what we could handle and where professional help was needed. Sarah's extensive network of reliable contractors ensured efficient progress. The finishing touch was her incredible staging. Our house looked stunning, attracting offers within a short timeframe. Sarah's proactive approach to open houses and her participation in the Homes for Heroes program, which offers financial benefits to heroes like firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, military, healthcare workers, and teachers, further contributed to the smooth sale. A Heartfelt Thank You We are incredibly grateful for Sarah's expertise, patience, and genuine care. She made the entire process feel effortless and successful. We highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable realtor.

Michelle truly put in the time and effort to guide us through the ever fluctuating housing market. It was hard for us after being in our home for 58 years to think about selling and moving into a senior living apartment. Michelle helped us navigate through offers and explained things in a way that made it easier for us. She handled all negotiation and set us up well for an easy closing. Thankful we had her throughout the entire process!
