Simply put - Christina is the best! It is only because of her in-depth knowledge and passion for real-estate, tenacity, advocacy, and dedication to her clients that I am writing this review from inside our dream home. Initially, we bought into the hype that a local downtown group had the inside edge necessary to buy in our desired neighborhood. Yet 5 months later with an unresponsive broker we were no closer to owning anything - a disheartening experience for first time home buyers. Enter Christina, and within the first 6 days, she showed us 7 properties (one of them twice), and within 9 days, we made an offer. We couldn't believe what a fun and exciting experience buying a home could be! Her negotiating skills are the reason we were the fortunate ones to have our offer accepted. She is meticulous with details, 2 steps ahead at all times, and incredibly responsive to every phone call/text/email. Christina also extended the same courtesies to my parents, my husbands parents, and, our our out of state bank. If you have family involved in your purchase, know Christina will treat them with the same kindness and respect, and never make them feel like a burden or less of a priority. Within the first the first year of homeownership, we are thrilled that our home's value increased substantially. Words do not appropriately express how talented and skilled Christina and her team are. We never felt alone, unsure or lost in the process. She made us feel like her only client. Anyone who has the good fortune to work with Christina and her team should consider themselves lucky, indeed.
