Colleen and Jeff partnered with us for over a year as we searched for our forever home. We saw many properties, but Colleen and Jeff never tried to 'sell' us on anything that wasn't right for us. They applied their decades of experience in the industry to help us identify both the good and the bad in each home we saw so we could weed out the problem houses and hone in on what we were really looking for. They were kind, knowledgeable, responsive and patient with us (and our kiddo and dog!). We finally found and purchased our forever home and quickly turned around to sell our old home, ultimately getting a great deal in both regards. Would definitely recommend!!

Colleen is fantastic to work with! She helped me buy my first home on my own and there was no question I would ask her to help sell it when I was ready to do so. She takes out any level of stress in the process by leading in all areas and getting the best for her client. I would highly recommend her to anyone! There is no mystery as to why she has been so successful in her nearly 30 years in business.
