Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Brandon is an excellent realtor and I would recommend using him for all of your real estate transactions. Brandon helped us purchase acreage that will allow us to be build a new home in the country. Brandon also listed our home and brought in 3 offers that were all above list price. He is very attentive to detail and did an excellent job showing our home and marketing our home so that we could maximize our sale price. When we received the offers he went through each offer and explained the difference and then offered advice on what would be our best offer to accept.
