We were selling my brother’s home and had no idea where to begin. Steve helped guide us throughout the entire process. He was very helpful and promptly answered our many questions. He also gave us ideas to help modernize the home. I appreciated the comparisons of comparable properties so we were familiar with the current market conditions. Once our property was “live” and we received offers, Steve was very helpful in explaining them to us. From the initial meeting until the closing, I always felt Steve had our best interest in mind. I would definitely reach out to Steve with any future real estate purchases or sales. He did an amazing job.

Steve came highly recommended by my dear sister in Christ, who he had helped several years ago. Steve exceeded all of my expectations from day 1. He sat me down and explained every detail of the process, disclosures, and paperwork in language that made sense. Steve always responded to my text messages and emails expediently. He organized every helper that I would need for my homebuying journey. He was my point of contact, my negotiator, and my advocate. He made sure that I was happy all throughout the homebuying process. When I wanted to look at a house 3 times while making up my mind, Steve accommodated me and my family, while I made that important decision. Steve is capable, willing, and a joy to go through the homebuying process with. I leaned on him, trusting him, and I have now purchased a home that I like!

Steve was awesome to work with! He was very responsive to all of our questions and answered them promptly. He was patient with us as we looked for the right property and never gave up! He is a true professional but still really fun to look at properties with. He was very willing to negotiate with the seller, he ultimately got us a great deal. We highly recommend working with Steve!

Kim was knowledgeable and convinced us to look at the condo even when it was listed as 1 bedroom and den. Kim went the extra mile to help us purchase our new place.
