Terry worked with my daughter diligently until the perfect place was found. She helped us through the process along the way even though I was out of state, and got everything ready for us. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a realtor you can really trust.

For my first home buying experience, I could not have asked for a better agent, than Amber. She was very informative throughout the process and absolutely dedicated to finding us the home we desired. In addition, she far exceeded my expectations negotiating the sell price of my new home. I have already recommended her to friends and family.

Brace, and his staff, Erik, Cindy etc, are thoroughly professional. Everything they do, is as promised, and to the letter. Our home listed a week after first meeting with Brace, and had multiple offers, the first weekend. We are very pleased with everything that his team did for us, and would heartily recommend them for any real estate transaction. I saw them first hand and in action, because they were the listing agents for my son's home in Bearpath in Eden Prairie. They did a fabulous job, and the house was sold for 1.3 million. That alone convinced me, since it was the 3rd highest priced home to sell in Bearpath during that period. They are an outstanding team. Give them a call.
