When I started the process of selling my house, I actually had no idea what all needed to be done. Joel was always very patient and willing to explain the process and what needed to be done. He with me and engaged from day one, through staging and the final sale. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone in the Twin Cities.

We could not thank Joel enough for all his help in purcahsing our forever home as well as selling our first home. He was very professional and always helpful. After touring almost 30 homes we finally found our dream home. He went above and beyond for us to get this home by making the sellers confident that they had picked the right people to buy their home. We had one weekend of showings on our first home with 8 offers, and offers over asking price. He was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommed him to anyone looking to buy a home or sell a home!

I loved working with Joel to find a home for my son and I. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the communities where I was looking and pushed me to look at properties I may not have considered. He helped me work with a mortgage broker to get pre-qualified for a loan, giving me the confidence to make an offer on a townhouse that was perfect for us! He guided me through the process every step of the way. Answered all of my questions promptly and advocated for me during the negotiation process. I'm proud to say that I've purchased a house all on my own for the first time with guidance from Joel. I couldn't be happier!
