We worked with our agent for a full year as we planned our relocation from Massachusetts to Florida, and over that time, she became much more than our real estate agent—she became a friend. This was a big move for our family, and we really appreciated her patience as we explored different homes, neighborhoods, and priorities. She took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted in our next home. We always felt comfortable asking questions, talking through concerns, and being honest about what felt right for us. Her communication made the process so much easier. She was responsive, approachable, and willing to walk us through the details. Working together from another state could have been stressful, but having someone we trusted in Florida made a real difference. Her knowledge of Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding market helped us narrow our search and feel confident about where we wanted to live. When we found our home, she guided us through the offer and negotiations with professionalism and care, keeping our interests in mind and helping us understand our options. What stands out most is the relationship we built throughout that year. We shared plenty of conversations and laughs along the way, and she made the experience feel personal. We felt she cared about helping our family find a place where we would be happy. We are now settled into our Florida home and are so grateful she was part of this chapter in our lives. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or relocating, especially those who want a knowledgeable agent who is also a warm, caring person.

We could not have asked for a better experience working with Corey on our home purchase. From start to finish, his expertise and thoughtful approach made a complex process feel manageable and clear. During our home search, Corey's thorough approach was invaluable. He helped us review each property we toured with a keen eye, asking smart questions about everything from home features and updates to potential repairs. His insight helped us carefully evaluate each option, giving us the confidence we needed to narrow down our choices to the best home choice for us. When it came time to make an offer, Cory truly distinguished himself. He came prepared with a detailed set of comps that proved critical in determining our bid. His guidance was especially valuable in formulating our purchase offer strategy, where he helped us craft a competitive and appealing bid that ultimately stood out from competing offers. After our offer was accepted, Corey's expertise during the home evaluation was a highlight. His insight helped us negotiate with the homeowner on necessary changes before closing, and the final closing was a clear, straightforward, and stress-free process. Corey is a consummate professional who went above and beyond for us during our time working with him. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and strategic real estate agent to purchase or sell a home in the Twin Cities.

Real estate market was difficult when I was looking. I ended up making 3 offers and the last one worked. We had a lot of work to and we were trying to find properties that fit my requirements. He was very helpful, very attentive and glad I was working with him.
