I cannot say enough things about Kurt Peterson and his team. First, the professionalism. Kurt was involved with his team nonstop. Whether I had a question on the weekend or needed someone to help us with something, Kurt had the connections. We were moving out of state, so for about ½ of the time that we listed our house, we weren’t even present. Kurt and his team continued to check on the home and make sure the dust bunnies went away. Kurt and his team are obviously passionate about what they do and it shows. I don’t make suggestions often, but in this case, I just can’t say enough. This is the team to use for your real estate needs.

Sandra is a pleasure to work with! She gives effective help & direction while listening to the client's thoughts & concerns. When she was initially shown the house we were selling, she quickly saw the advantages & staging possibilities. She was knowledgeable of the area & did complete market research to determine the best listing value. She provided a complete estimate of expenses to plan for. Prior to putting it on the market, she did a tremendous job of staging it (partially with some of her own items & virtually to beautifully complete each room). Sandra is one of the best realtors that I have ever worked with, I highly recommend her!

When looking for homes he helped out choosing the right one. He pointed out the defects of the house and how it could affect me and my family in the long run. Everytime wanted to look at homes I would give him a list and we would be able to go visit those homes. He also helped to reduce the price I had to pay. Overall best experience for the first time and happy with my purchase.

My partner and I moved to Minneapolis from Madison, which meant we had a very short window of availability whenever we were in town, so time was of the essence. Bryan quickly and efficiently scheduled numerous showings for us to capitalize on the short time we able to see houses in person. He even looked at the houses with us as if he were the prospective buyer himself, pointing out positives (and occasional negatives) of different aspects of the houses and the reasoning behind why they were positives/negatives. We greatly appreciated his ever-prompt replies via text at all hours of the day/night and his knowledge of the different neighborhoods in Minneapolis (including good cafes and restaurants in the area!). On the rare occasion he didn't have an answer to one of our many questions, he was always able to point us to someone who did. He was also always so ready to keep us in the loop about next steps in the homebuying process. On top of all that, he was so nice and good-humored! We really appreciated his balance of driven efficiency while giving us time to look around the homes without feeling rushed. If the next house we buy is in Minneapolis, we'll do our absolute best to work with Bryan again!
