She was able to compare houses we were looking at with houses and their costs in the neighborhoods we were looking in. She answered our calls and texts promptly. She was very very helpful when we were having so much trouble with all the computer forms we were supposed to fill out , or sign. Some times she was even able to get it all for us in paper forms. She tried so so hard to do everything she could to make everything go smoothly for us. I would highly recommend her.

Michael knows alot about selling and especially with older homes in Northeast. I received straight forward, calm, and sound advice which made me feel good about moving forward. He had resources only if asked and provided timely responses to any issues or questions. He adds an appropriate humor to things which lighten the process and made things fun.
