He also provided sound advice and was an excellent salesman and spokesman for us through the negotiation process. for example, when our buyers made an expensive demand for us to install something, Kane was able to talk to the buyers agent and explain exactly why we couldn’t agree to that term. Michael knows alot about selling and especially with older homes in Northeast. I received straight forward, calm, and sound advice which made me feel good about moving forward.
