Brett was awesome, quick to reply and a genuine person, not a guy that just tries to make a sale. He wasn’t pushy and made sure we got what we wanted and more. He negotiated back and forth well with the sellers of our new house and buyer of our old one. We had 3 offers over list in the first two days and advised us how to proceed. Can’t say enough about how great he was.
