She also aided in negotiating on the first offer we ended up not going with, but that was on the seller as she helped negotiate the price down for what we were willing to pay very successfully.

I know from the first few minutes chatting with her at an open house that she was an honest, smart, insightful and overall highest quality person; someone who you just want to spend your time with and get to know better. Lisa was quick to get to work, she met with me to get a sense for my needs and helped me discover that I was open to other options for mom that I hadn't considered. I ended up purchasing a condo when I thought I was only looking for a townhome. Without Lisa, I would have never gotten there, and this was truly the best fit for mom. What a gem Lisa is.
