I have purchased 2 homes and sold 1 with Mai Vang. She is very knowledgable and experienced! In the buying and especially in the selling business, you need a really strong, confident, and competent realtor! Mai was truly the agent that has all of that! Don't forget her willingness to accommodate showing schedules, her advice on and knowledge on home conditions, offers, and her guidance was all beyond excellent. Kelli is amazing! She helped my family find and purchase our first home. I was actually dreading the process at first but she made it so easy us. When it came time to list he pulled out all the stops, coordinated a virtual tour & high level professional photography, organized a stager to review the home and even scheduled a painter to professionally paint one of our rooms. All this was within a week and a half so we could list our home quickly to make sure we hit the fall sales season. When the offers came in he was so helpful and ready to answer our questions.
