I am a retired real estate lawyer, a real estate broker and I have developed over 2,500 residential lots in the Twin Cities, yet I knew that when it came to selling our home, we needed a specialist, so we hired Mark and Liz. They did an excellent job. They gave us accurate advice on pricing, helped us stage the home and actively marketed the home. They followed up with buyer's brokers to obtain feedback and kept us informed. They then helped us to evaluate offers. Once the home inspection was completed, they put us in touch with trades people who could timely and economically make the repairs. We give them our unqualified highest recommendation.

I've moved dozens of time so have used, sometimes just endured, lots of realtors, so I have a good perspective here. Jason (and Tiffany behind) the scenes have been exemplary, extremely competent, personable, attendant to my concerns (accepting idiosyncracies in my wishes with only judicious expressions of caution), generous with their time. When I thought, for example, i couldn't get a mattress delivered soon, Jason offed to lend me an air mattress. When I got to the house there was a care package of the dozen or so things you need but forget the first day, a huge cookie saying 'Welcome Home Andy,' and an equally sized pizza. They know the town and who in it can help with things. Jason worked well with an unusually finicky inspector, not defensive, always focused on my needs. It's like having an old friend or a brother helping you make difficult decisions, making you feel welcome, critiquing choices and wishes tactfully and helpfully. And all this, from a practiced curmudgeonly octogenarian who's galactically hard to please in any area at all.

Lisa was wonderful every step of the way, from pricing and staging my town home, to marketing and facilitating the closing. She is amazing!
