Shane sold our townhome in a down market and played a key role in finding our current home. Frank helped us purchase our first home in Byron. We had no idea what we were doing and he was very helpful as we walked through the process. We also ran into a few issues that pushed closing back and Frank was willing to advocate for us and was very patient as we worked through the issues!
