Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Purchasing a new home: We started looking for a new home without really know what we wanted. After seeing so many homes with her, we were able to prioritize our needs. Lisa helped us negotiate with the builder and informed us the process. We are very happy with the purchase.<br/><br/>Selling a home: Our previous house was listed with her. It was like a miracle sale! When we were working on painting the house, Lisa called us and said that we needed to get the house listed in a couple of days. She said she may have found a buyer. To make a long story short, the buyer accepted our counteroffer within a FEW days of the listing date.
