He was so thorough with researching the comparables in our area and knew the market extremely well. When it came time to list he pulled out all the stops, coordinated a virtual tour & high level professional photography, organized a stager to review the home and even scheduled a painter to professionally paint one of our rooms. All this was within a week and a half so we could list our home quickly to make sure we hit the fall sales season. When the offers came in he was so helpful and ready to answer our questions. He’s extremely detailed and had great insights into all the contractual areas that we didn’t understand. I highly recommend Dennis!

He treated us with respect and kindness. His advice were spot on when looking at houses and made sure that we were able to get the best possible outcome in the process. On our closing day, we were in an accident on the way to the title company, Mike made sure that we were safe and came to the site of the accident and got us to the destination.
