Awesome. Mr. Brown went above and beyond to help us sell. We moved away from our sale and Mike took point, he made sure the property was clear of snow, safe for showings, clean, and secured after showings had completed. When he gave advice it was backed up with rational, he was very friendly and always kept the lines of communication open. Overall just a very pleasant person and a joy to work with. Very highly recommended.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.
