My is very professional and very knowledgeable. She listens to what I was looking for and my price range which i greatly appreciate. she always replied quickly to my questions and set up showings for me whenever I wanted to see a home. I enjoyed working with her and trust her.

Terri was involved in everything from beginning to end to the extent that I asked her to be. Always a smile, reassurance during tense moments and constant communication. The amount of stress that Terri took from me was priceless. I couldn't ask for a better Realtor to work with, and I would and have recommended Terri and the Shaleen Team to others without hesitation.

We felt as if our lottery numbers were up when we were referred to Katrina Smith by our realtor in FL! From the very first point of contact we felt comfortable and confident that Katrina would have our best interests at heart. She gave us her honest opinions, pointed out other options to consider which we wouldn’t have thought of, and had so much patience for our ‘just one more question…’ discussions. To say Katrina went above and beyond is an understatement.
