We couldn't have asked for a better real-estate agent to guide us through such an important transition. She sold our home and is also helping us purchase our new villa, making the entire process feel comfortable and manageable from beginning to end. She gave us confidence every step of the way, was always responsive and reassuring, and made us feel that we were in good hands. She also provided us with wonderful referrals to other professionals, which helped everything move along smoothly and efficiently. We are incredibly grateful for her knowledge, guidance, professionalism, and genuine care throughout both transactions. She made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Josh did an excellent job with marketing our home, recommendation of staging to get positive feedback and visiting home prior to showing for better buyer experience. With competitive pricing and right timing of the adjustment, we were able to get a good offer and also closed on time. Josh was very easy to work with and his professionalism is much appreciated.
