Jarae Tolman is by far the best realtor we've worked with on real estate transactions. In 2023 we sold our family home and downsized to a one level townhome. Every aspect of the sale of one and purchase of another was completed professionally and the communication of each step in the process was well done. An unexpected repair caused a bit of anxiety to get to closing but all was accomplished in time. Jarae was instrumental in working this out and communicating throughout the sale to both parties. She has the greatest personality to work with in any real estate transaction!

Colleen Somnis went above and beyond to assist my widowed, elderly Father, in selling his home for over market value WHILE helping us clean out the home with all the pieces from my parents life. My Father, the home seller, has been widowed for only a year or so and had not started the daunting task of getting the home ready to sell. Colleen not only helped us figure out how to manage this feat, she also scheduled the things that I could not for my Dad, such as the moving company to relocate him to a new state. Her sincere kindness, extra help, and confident but not pushy way of doing things helped my Dad feel ok to move forward, in what could have been a horrific experience. Colleen staged the home beautifully as well which certainly helped sell the home quickly.

I want to express my great fullness to Sandy Abraham as well as Michelle. Sandy was always able to schedule her time to meet with me and my daughter and any time we asked and Michelle as well. This was the first time I had ever sold a house. I had lost my husband less then a year before and Michelle’s knowledge and experience made this less stressful then I anticipated. I could not have asked for a nicer group of people to have worked with. Sandy even met me on her own time to help me pick out furniture for my new house. Awesome people.
