Jarae Tolman is by far the best realtor we've worked with on real estate transactions. In 2023 we sold our family home and downsized to a one level townhome. Every aspect of the sale of one and purchase of another was completed professionally and the communication of each step in the process was well done. An unexpected repair caused a bit of anxiety to get to closing but all was accomplished in time. Jarae was instrumental in working this out and communicating throughout the sale to both parties.
