The first time I met with Terri she was very organized showing me the comparable properties. Since the property I was selling was in the neighborhood where she is located, she advertised some item on FB to get rid of them for me as I’m located in another state. She staged the house, marketing the property. Handle getting the necessary inspection done, etc. I couldn’t ask for a better agent.
