Bonnie and I connected on our first visit. The house was listed at a reasonable price. She respected the person living in the home and showed up with most showings to have the home "show" ready. Bonnie never asked me to do major work on a cosmetic challenged listing (built in late 1980). I were informed of the pending showings and feedback from showings. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with Bonnie Vest and her expertise.
