Rich worked non-stop to get my family in the right house for us. I don't think a single text or e-mail went unanswered for more than 15 minutes, including on evenings and weekends, and he put together countless home showings on a moment's notice. The best part is that he always seemed legitimately excited to go see a new place with us. The few times we considered making an offer, his presentation of comps was always prompt, thorough, and presented very professionally.
