Kate is the absolute greatest. She is super knowledgable about the local real estate market, communicative, and helped assuage all of our concerns. Not only that, but she also knows a ton about housing infrastructure. Best of all, Kate is incredibly kind and helpful. We are so grateful to have worked with her and would recommend her to anyone.

Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!
