Buyer of 15 Barton Hill Rd, East Hampton
Jill was exactly what we were looking for in an agent. In our initial meeting she was inquisitive and straight forward. She was organized and thorough in her note taking. Moving to the next step, she knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us maintain our focus. As we scoured the viable market for our needs, Jill organized all of our viewings with ease, even the fringe properties the would ultimately not work out. We viewed quite a few properties and she maintained an incredible professional demeanor, even as I took us on a few wild goose chases. She was never pushy, but direct and honest as we discussed potential offers and the reality of the market. She helped us find our dream home and I cannot recommend her enough to other buyers. Her connections within the real estate community helped make the inspection, underwriting and closing processes. Jill deserves 5 stars in all categories, but we were looking slightly outside her typical circle and it was somewhat new territory (she is now a virtual expert in the area thanks to many many viewings). The other 4 star is something that is out of Jill’s hands: we didn’t need much negotiation when we found our dream home. Owners wanted out, we wanted in and I wasn’t about to let this one slip away. Jill was our rock throughout the process.

Seller of 100 Saybrook Road, Middletown
Ashley Chaia did a fantastic job handling the sale of my multifamily property located at 100 Saybrook. Ashley had her hands full as one of the tenants was put in a conservatorship and we had to deal with probate court. Despite all of this she was still able to get me an above ask offer. I recommend Ashley Chaia for anyone looking to buy or sell multifamily properties anywhere in Connecticut. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and definitely takes pride in her work.

Seller of 24 Lynde Street, Old Saybrook Center
Selling your house is not a mystery. If you do some research, have confidence in yourself, don't always believe what salespeople tell you, you can save money (ex: 3% of $500,000 sales price = $15,000 saved) Carol York of For Sale by Owner Connecticut was the right choice for me. Carol helped me as much as I needed, she was calm and precise.

Seller of 137 Parker Hill Road, Middlesex County
Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Maureen for her empathetic and capable support through selling my family home. She was my advocate, always looking out for my best interest, and made the stressful nature of moving and selling a home manageable. She helped me pack the entire home, move everything, and settle in to my new space. She always was always on top of the logistical and legal aspects moving and selling a home. There is nobody else I would rather work with or have sell my home! Thank you!
