Kara’s professionalism was evident throughout the entire process of selling our home which we lived in for thirty years. She guided us through a realistic timeline to remove items systematically and suggested services and agencies to contact to accomplish this monumental task efficiently and effectively. We set a firm date for the sale to go “LIVE “ followed by an Open House. The materials she prepared for the Open House were meticulously collated into a visually appealing binder which represented the upgrades to the property as well as the community points of interest of which there were many. In addition, she displayed the binder, snacks and professional materials in the kitchen to welcome potential buyers into the heart of the home. The negotiation process went smoothly and she followed through in the weeks that followed with essential details leading up to the closing. She was an outstanding listener, a professional on all levels, and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Kara Pedersen unequivocally because she has your best interest at heart at all times.

Aimee stuck by us through a purchase that was much more difficult and complicated than it should have been, she kept our best interests in mind and helped us get the house we wanted! I would recommend her time and again!!! Thank you Aimee!!!
