Brenda Gartzke first helped us sell a home. This was our first time selling a property. With the positive experience we had, it was easy to choose her when it was time to buy. Brenda was always ready and available when we wanted to tour a home and get answers to our questions. She went out of her way to help. Her knowledge of the real estate business allowed us to get top price for the home we sold. She was a knowledgeable negotiator when it came time to purchase a house. Even though a seller appeared difficult to satisfy, she treated them with professional respect. Our transactions were smooth. The rest of her team at REMAX was also friendly and very easy to work with. My husband and I would highly recommend Brenda to anyone looking for a realtor.

Sabrina helped show properties I was interested in that many realtors wouldn’t show. I like the fact that she is kind, made the time and put in the extra effort for the buyer. I also like that she isn’t pushy and makes you feel the ball is in your court. She is very responsive and if she doesn’t know something that you ask she will get to the bottom of it. She is a sweetheart and has a great personality. I thank her for taking the time for selling us the bank owned property that no one else would waste their time on.
