I was able to list my home for $40,000 more than my original asking price. She stayed motivated through the entire process between open house and showing my home there wasn't a day that went by that we didn't comunicate. She made closing a breeze and even after she kept in contact reguarding loose ends that needed to be tied up such as contacting the water company. I am now living in an apt but plan to start looking for a condo in the near future and you better believe I will be calling Ronda when that day comes.
