Patty listed and sold my property and I highly recommend her. She is very responsive, insightful, professional, courteous, and explains the process of selling your home to you so you understand exactly what to expect. She is a "real" person, honest, savvy in the real estate market and someone who truly does have your best interests at heart. My property was a very tough sell and Patty never gave up.

There is alot to say about Derek, but I will try to summarize all his awesomeness in a nut shell. Derek helped us find our first home about 2-ish years ago. A nice little fixer upper. Then with the market being the way it was in 2021, we decided to just go for it and sell & buy. With all of Derek's help and expertise regarding MULTIPLE things we were able to sell our home and buy a bigger forever home. We are so happy with this bigger home for our now family of 3 and 2 dogs, Tank party of 5! Thank you again for all the help, texts, calls, emails and everything else you do Derek to make a home buying experience more than just a purchase/transaction...you make home dreams come true!
