He assisted us with our journey of having our new home built while offering guidance on preparing to sell our current home.  He answered all of our questions and was very helpful with ideas for improvements that would best serve us and the new owners.  We started asking for advice early on, and we greatly appreciated his knowledge, kindness, and patience throughout the entire process.  He also marketed our home skillfully, and it sold quickly. We highly recommend working with David.

Josh was great to work with. He was very informative and was always going above what a realtor would do. From pointing out things in houses he saw that we didn’t, to even helping us install locks on our house after closing, he did way more than other realtors do. His communication was always same day, if not same hour. Would rate 6/5 if I could.
