We had such a great experience with Tim! He is incredibly knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He was almost like a dad during the home buying process, pointing out things to look for, explaining how something could be fixed, and letting us know whether it would be a simple fix or something more expensive. Even after we closed, he continued to go above and beyond. He surprised us with a thoughtful gift and even had all of the locks on our new home changed for us. He is such a genuinely sweet guy who really takes care of his clients and is always there to answer questions, even after you’ve bought your home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!

As first-time homebuyers, we had so many questions and uncertainties, but Tim made the entire process smooth, educational, and even enjoyable. His patience, knowledge, and dedication went above and beyond our expectations. We truly couldn’t have done this without his help and guidance. If you’re looking for an agent who genuinely cares and knows his stuff, Tim is the one!

Looking for a house can feel extremely daunting and overwhelming but Tim had an answer for everything. We had a vision for our future property and he did everything he could to make sure that vision came true. Making sure we weren’t skipping steps in the process. When it came to closing and making a deal his determination ended up saving us thousands of dollars. Also not to mention he’s is very friendly and he’s got a great sense of humor as well. As the title suggests Tim is an absolute must have for first time homebuyers! Really appreciate everything Tim. Thank you so much!
