What I truly appreciate and value about my experience with Bill is that he wa genuine and real through it all. Highly professional and a real human being, which I needed as my circumstances were challenging. Bill knew the market, homes, what to be aware of, how to proceed , along with human listening and understanding I needed. I trusted him and felt his support through a complex time of selling, purchasing, and forced life changes. He reminded me I would get through it and helped me navigate this process to create a new part of my life.

I don't believe the transaction could have gone smoother: Communications were easy and reliable, and the agent was professional in all matters. Even though it was business, it didn't feel impersonal; her style of working with us felt like speaking with a neighbor. It made a difficult process feel non-stressful and that was very important.

Never felt stressed or worried even through changes in buyers and appraisal concerns. Joe did a great job of communicating directly and honestly to both Ashley and me.
